Don’t Drink … Gamble!
If you enjoy a drink occasionally, keep your cash out of the casino if you are going to do your consuming in a casino. I am serious. Leave your pocketbook, your wallet, and leave all cash, plastic credit and cheques back at the hotel. Grab only the cash you anticipate to use on beverages, tips and few dollars you expect to squander and leave the remainder behind.
Cynical? Not by any means. Realistic more like. You could have a success following a boozy evening out with your buddies and be blessed sufficiently to catch a marathon toss at a on fire craps table. Keep that account because it is as short-lived as it gets if you regularly consume alcohol and gamble. These activities simply do not go well together.
Keeping your money out of the casino is a little bit excessive, but precautionary measures for dramatic behavior is required. If you bet to win, then do not drink and play. If you can afford to be wasteful with your money without a concern, then consume all the complimentary booze your stomach can handle, but don’t pack plastic credit and checks to toss into the mix of following losses after your befuddled brain loses every little thing!
Allow me to carry this one step further. Don’t consume alcohol and then head on the net to gamble in your preferred internet casino either. I enjoy a beer from the coziness of my home, but seeing that I’m linked up through Neteller, Firepay and keep credit cards near by, I can’t drink alcohol and bet.
What’s the reason? Although I don’t drink to excess, when I consume alcohol, it’s certainly sufficient to cloud my better judgment. I wager, so I do not drink alcohol when gambling. If you are more of a drinker, don’t bet when you do. When mixed, both create a ferocious, and costly, cocktail.
